Terms & Conditions         1. By participating in the promotion each participant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.   2. The promotion is open only to those above the age of 25 years as on 10/04/2010. Valid proof of age has to be provided on demand.   3. Employees or relatives of employees of Diageo India and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not allowed to participate in the promotion   4. Only complete entries are eligible for the promotion.   5. All offers made in association with the contest is valid only while Stocks last.   6. Prize Distribution   7. Participants MAY enter the contest under section 6(A) of these Terms as many times as they wish. One submission under 6(A) is considered as ONE entry. One entry is ONLY eligible to win ONE prize.   8. Participants wishing to enter the competition under 6(A) on a daily basis for the duration of the competition may do so, but are NOT permitted to re-submit a previously submitted entry. Identical competition entries will NOT be included for consideration when awarding the competition prize.   9. Incomplete entries will not be considered for the prize.   10. Decision of Diageo India in respect of all aspects of the promotion shall be final.   11. All entries including all intellectual property therein shall become exclusive property of Diageo India.   12. Participants who win a prize in the competition agree to supply a copy of the winning entry directly to Diageo India prior to the release of the prize.   13. Each participant consents to use of his/her details as furnished in the promotion form in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by Diageo India without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the participant.   14. The winners shall make themselves available free of cost at the disposal of Diageo India at Diageo India’s discretion for any public relations activity, promotional activities in relation to the promotion, without payment or additional compensation by Diageo India.   15. Each winner will be notified via message to his/her Youtube direct message inbox. In addition, usernames of all winners will be announced on the competition winner announcement page: {this will be a URL of a page of www.smirnoff.co.in}   16. Each winner will be notified via message to his/her inbox or through a phone call. In addition, usernames of all winners will be announced on the competition winner announcement page on www.smirnoff.co.in   17. Prize cannot be encashed.   18. All terms & conditions of this promotion shall be interpreted and construed according to laws of India and any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai.   19. Participants must be based in India.   20. Participants must not use obscenity or pornographic materials in their submissions, nor any material that infringes any intellectual property laws when entering the competition. Any participants who are selected to win a prize found breaching these requirements will have the prize immediately rescinded. They will also be banned from entering any further competitions. If the submission entry is found to feature content which breaches these requirements prior to the awarding of the prize, the user will not be informed of their winning and another winner will be selected. Under these circumstances, they will also be banned from entering any further competitions.   21. Diageo India Pvt. Ltd. (Diageo India) reserves the right to amend these terms conditions and its decisions shall be final.
